THE CLASS:
I teach a Gentle Yoga Class that incorporates pranayama (breathwork) and accessible asana (postures). I sometimes include simple Ayurvedic lifestyle practices, Sanskrit mantras (chants) and storytelling from the Vedic/Puranic traditions.
The month of June 2026 will incorporate a focus on nourishing overall joint health and ease of motion, including hand and shoulder massage, and at some point I will tell the origin story of the Hindu God (known as "The Lord of Obstacles") Ganesh.
